Mr. Tremaine has over 23 years experience in the real estate consulting industry managing and conducting a variety of value-added services for corporate clients including lease audits, lease transaction oversight and management, building energy/utility audits, portfolio optimization, and tenant-landlord dispute resolution.
Mr. Tremaine has successfully negotiating audit settlements and client savings in excess of $120 million. At LAAS, his responsibilities include client relationship management, quality assurance, and audit negotiation and resolution. In addition, he regularly advises clients on energy savings/reduction initiatives and strategies and various lease transactions. Previously, Mr. Tremaine was a Director in the Real Estate Consulting practice at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP where he directed and managed lease audit and portfolio optimization engagements, property and asset management contract compliance, lease revenue and expense analyses, market rent studies, and other related services for clients.
Mr. Tremaine holds a BS degree in Architecture from M.I.T. and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan. He is a member of Corporate Real Estate Network (CoreNet Global), the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
